Short Description

The Air Coils ”Suzies” found at the rear of a tractor unit when coupling / uncoupling to a trailer which provide compressed air from the tractor unit to the brakes of the trailer. There are usually two versions: 1. Red for the emergency line. 2. Yellow for the service line. The Electrical Coils play a vital role in the communication between the truck and the trailer, enhancing the brake response times and reducing braking distances. They also provide the communication from the Truck to the Trailer including the workings of the rear lights.
