AA Systems Return Policy

At AA Systems, we are committed to providing high-quality heavy-duty truck and bus parts to our valued customers. We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return a product. Our return policy is designed to make this process as straightforward as possible.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Exchanges: We offer exchanges on defective parts. The replacement will be for the same part number only.
  • Refunds: Refunds are available for new, unopened items returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Store Credit: Store credit is issued for new, unused items returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

 

2. Return Time Frame

  • 30 Days: Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

 

3. Restocking Fee

  • 20% Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items.

 

4. Condition of Items

  • New, Unused Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused condition for credit.
  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Electrical Items: We do not accept returns on electrical items.

 

6. Proof of Purchase

  • Receipt Required: Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

 

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • AA Systems Responsibility: AA Systems will cover the cost of return shipping.

 

8. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at returns@aatruckandbus.com or 631-491-4000 to initiate a return.
  2. Receive Authorization: Obtain a return authorization number (RMA) and detailed return instructions.
  3. Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the items, include the RMA, and ship them back using the provided shipping label.
  4. Processing: Once received, your return will be processed within 5 business days.

 

9. Refunds and Store Credit

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after the return is received and inspected.
  • Store Credit: Store credit will be applied to your AA Systems account within 5 business days after the return is received and inspected.
